Harbor City.
Located in Washington, the shipping town had a large number of shipping docks and marinas. Mostly known for its famous landmark the Harbor City Needle and its coffee which Alexander was not to impressed with, then again maybe it was just hype to get people excited about an otherwise altogether lame area. That explained the large number of runaways and missing persons that turned up here. Misery loved company was the saying and so it was only logical that the miserable would seek out a miserable city to live in.
Alexander couldn't stand the stink of the place and his heightened senses didn't help him any. It smelled like fish, and harbor water and everything else disgusting about it. The only reason he was even here was to track and apprehend a runaway. Not a good thing really though it was worse for the runaway. This particular clone wasn't equipped yet to survive out here not the way it was. Gene therapy wasn't completed that meant an unstable
genes that would be the clone's eventual death, if it wasn't smart enough to come back with him. He could care less if the clone died however he did care about failure and there was no way he was going to fail. So here he was, tracking a lead in Stink Water city.
