So, just like that huh? He was going to send her away just like that? Not fight for her, not fight for rights to see Lian, not even make conditions on how or when he sees his daughter just 'leave.' She shouldn't be complaining, this was what she wanted. This would make it easier on him in the long run and once her mess was all cleaned up then maybe they could try his 'lets be a family' game but despite this being what she wanted Jade was a little disappointed. He was just going to let her go so easily, let her disappear with their daughter without more of a fight?
Nothing will happen to her Roy. This I can promise you.
It seemed like they had nothing else to discuss, that this was their goodbye and if she was to leave the city then she needed to go home and start planning and packing on where they were going to go. "Anything else?" She asked while crossing her arms, might as well give him one last chance to say something else.

There was one final thing that he needed to say that would show her that he was serious about cutting ties with her even if it wasn't true in his heart. Over a year ago, she had brought him back from total destruction by showing him Lian and helping him find the real Roy, which had cured most of his 'being a clone' issues. Now that his life was falling apart, it was time to abandon the name that went with it. It wasn't like he had any right to it anyway, so it wasn't that big of a deal to him.
"There is one more thing that you can do. Stop calling me 'Roy'. Roy Harper is a kid with a laser arm, and I'm just his clone." As he spoke, he walked toward the bedroom door, which was the place where his one remaining identity was held. It was time to start living in that identity instead of clinging to a past that had already failed him, and Red's first step was cleaning up the streets of his city for the rest of the night. "Have a good life, Jade," he said as he shut the bedroom door on her before letting her get another word out.

Jade didn't show it on the outside but inside she was sad. Sad for their situation, sad for their daughter and sad for him. He was walking a dangerous path if this was his mindset now, he was just going to let this take away all that work they had put forth into helping him accept things. Just going to throw it all away. Well fine, if that was how he wanted to be then why should she care? She wasn't going to be around to pick up the mess so it wasn't her problem, right?
Right?
Jade watched him as he headed toward his room and she remained where she was for a good few minutes even after he shut the door. "Whatever you say Red" She said quietly before finally turning to leave. It was time for action now, she had things to do and plans to make and a few favors to call in. Traveling around with a baby was not impossible but it made a few things hard and she needed to find a secure location to set up home for the time being, maybe somewhere nice and warm and far away from the man she foolishly loved.
