Inertia
Inertia is the clone of Wally West, he doesn't have much friends that he trusts, though the Shadow Squad is probably the only friends that he does trust to a point. Enemies will be a long list, being Shadow Squad Inertia has earned many enemies among them is his old team, the one Wally used to be one, however he doesn't have those memories, only new false ones. As for lovers, well this is completely open, Wally used to love Artemis before he died but Inertia doesn't know of that love and such everything in this department is open. I do see Inertia loving someone or some old feelings emerge deep from his mind. So yeah that's Inertia plots welcome
